摘 要:轮缘磨耗问题是严重影响动车组车轮镟修策略及制约寿命的关键因素之一,为此基于全路不落轮车床镟修测量数据和典型车型的服役跟踪试验数据开展了综合分析。结果表明:因为交路差异导致的踏面凹磨等原因,使得轮缘磨耗可能出现变薄或变厚的特征;运行交路相比于车型,在轮缘厚度磨耗因素中占据着更大的主导因素;以CR400AF和CR400BF这2种车型为例,未发现明显的左右偏磨现象,且随着轮缘厚的增大,磨耗速率降低,但后者在大轮缘厚度区间的占比相比前者更大,主要原因在于镟修时执行了不同轮缘厚的优化策略以及主要运行交路的差异;进一步分析发现个别车型轮缘厚随运用里程增大而变厚,但其磨耗速率是不断降低的。The wheel flange wear was one of the key factors that seriously affect the wheel lathing strategy and restrict the service life.Therefore,a comprehensive analysis was carried out based on the whole measurement data of underfloor wheel lathe and the service test data of typical vehicle.The results show that the wheel flange may become thinner or thicker due to the concave wear of the tread caused by the difference routing route;Compared with the vehicle type,the running route occupies a larger dominant factor in the wheel flange wear factors;For CR400AF and CR400BF,there were no obvious unbalanced wear on left and right wheel,and the wear rate decreased with the increase of wheel flange thickness.However,the latter accounted for a larger proportion in the large wheel flange thickness range than the former,mainly because the lathe strategy of different flange thickness and the main running routes.Through the further analysis,it was found that the wheel flange thickness of individual vehicles become thicker with the increase of operating mileage,but the wear rate is decreasing.
