摘  要:为了优化无人战车在解码压缩视频时产生的能耗,提出一种改变视频码流的HEVC解码复杂度感知算法,以降低解码复杂度,并限制编码效率的影响。确定解码复杂性,视频质量和比特率的比例,再通过解码复杂度感知算法,生成解码复杂度-码率-失真模型优化的HEVC比特流。与HM16.0和OpenHEVC解码器实现相比,该算法产生的比特流在相同视频质量下分别降低了29.19%和13.24%的解码复杂度,编码效率影响最小。相比于HM16.0编码,该算法能耗减少了15%。In order to optimize the energy consumption generated by unmanned combat vehicles in decoding compressed videos,a HEVC(high efficiency video coding)decoding complexity perception algorithm that changes the video stream is proposed to reduce decoding complexity and to limit the impact of encoding efficiency.The ratio of decoding complexity,video quality,and bit rate is determined,and then HEVC bitstreams optimized by decoding complexity rate distortion model through decoding complexity perception algorithm is generated.Compared with the HM16.0 and OpenHEVC decoder implementations,the bitstream generated by this algorithm reduces decoding complexity by 29.19%and 13.24%respectively under the same video quality,with minimal impact on encoding efficiency.Compared to HM16.0 encoding,this algorithm reduces energy consumption by 15%.
