摘 要:针对两栖火炮在海上射击时身管指向与射击诸元无法保持一致的问题以及目前射击重合门解决方法的不足,提出了射击延迟误差门控制方法。该方法基于弹丸出膛时刻的火炮身管位置建立了射击延迟误差门数学模型:根据未来射击延迟时间内火炮身管运动带来的误差和火炮身管运动速度对弹丸产生的横向速度带来的误差,求解弹丸出膛时刻的火炮身管位置;根据欧拉角法推导计算了火炮身管运动参数;结合六自由度摇摆台实验数据进行了对比验证,分析结果表明:和其他射击门技术相比,采用射击延迟误差门控制方法有效射击机会多,射击准确度高,有较高的工程应用价值。A shooting delay error gate control method is proposed to address the issue of inconsistent barrel orientation and shooting data during amphibious guns shooting at sea,as well as the shortcomings of current shooting coincidence gate solutions.This method establishes a mathematical model of the firing delay error gate based on the position of the gun barrel at the time of the projectile ejection from the barrel.The position of the gun barrel at the time of the projectile ejection from the barrel is solved based on the errors caused by the motion of the gun barrel during the future firing delay time and the errors caused by the lateral velocity of the projectiles due to the motion speed of the gun barrel;The motion parameters of the gun barrel are derived and calculated based on Euler angle method;A comparative verification is conducted based on the experimental data from a six degree of freedom swing platform.The analysis results show that compared with other shooting gate technologies,the use of shooting delay error gate control method has more effective shooting opportunities,higher shooting accuracy,and higher engineering application value.
