摘 要:针对作战场景下搜救直升机空中等待及搜救责任分配问题,提出了一种两阶段搜救等待区规划方法。以最小化固定成本、距离成本、威胁代价和最大化时间可靠性为目标函数,结合战场环境综合考虑影响因素建立约束条件,构建搜救等待区位置确定及责任分配模型;基于重心法,提出了规划区域及备选方案的确定步骤;采用3种算法求解搜索救援等待区数量、位置以及责任分配规划方案,验证了规划模型的可行性,以及责任分配方案优化方法的适用性。仿真结果表明,该方法可以解决搜救等待区的规划问题,具有较好的实战应用价值。Aiming at the responsibility distribution problems as the search and rescue helicopters await and make search and rescue in the air under combat scenarios,a two-stage search and rescue waiting area planning method is proposed.Firstly,minimizing fixed costs,distance costs,threat costs and maximizing time reliability are the objective functions,and the influencing factors are comprehensively considered to establish constraints based on the battlefield environments,and a search and rescue waiting area location determination and responsibility allocation model are constructed.Then,based on the center of gravity method,the steps are proposed for determining the planning area and altenative plans.Finally,three kinds of algorithms are used to solve the search and rescue waiting area number,location,and responsibility distribution planning plan,the feasibility of the planning model and the applicability of the optimization method for the responsibility allocation plan are verified.The simulation results show that the proposed method can better solve the planning problem of search and rescue waiting area,and has better practical application value.
