摘 要:本文分析了标准化在食品安全管理各环节中的具体实践。分析认为,标准化在提升食品安全水平方面具有重要作用,但当前食品安全管理中仍存在标准更新滞后、部分企业执行不到位以及基层监管薄弱等问题。为了优化食品安全质量管理体系,本文建议及时更新和细化相关标准,加大对中小企业的扶持力度,并强化基层监管能力,以提高整体食品安全水平。This paper analyzes the specific practices of standardization in various stages of food safety management.The analysis indicates that,standardization plays a crucial role in enhancing food safety,there are still existing issues,including the lag in updating standards,inadequate implementation by some enterprises,and weak regulatory enforcement at the grassroots level.To optimize the food safety quality management system,this paper suggests timely updating and refining relevant standards,increasing support for small and medium-sized enterprises,and strengthening regulatory capacity at the grassroots level to improve overall food safety standards.
