摘 要:采用Ag箔和Zn箔作为中间层,对2 mm厚5052铝合金和AZ31镁合金进行对接焊接,分析了不同中间层对接头界面IMCs厚度、分布和类型的影响规律.结果表明,不加中间层的接头界面IMCs厚度为3.52μm,主要为Al_(3)Mg_(2)和Al_(12)Mg_(17),且沿板厚方向在界面处连续分布;接头在带状区域发生断裂,抗拉强度和断后伸长率分别为175 MPa和2.75%,呈现脆性断裂特征.与纯Al/Mg接头相对比,加入Ag中间层接头界面IMCs厚度、分布和类型都发生了改变,IMCs厚度减小到2.38μm,界面上的Al_(3)Mg_(2)和Al_(12)Mg_(17)转变为不连续分布,同时生成了Ag_(2)Al和Mg_(3)Ag,接头抗拉强度和断后伸长率达到最高,分别为190 MPa和5.13%,呈韧性断裂特征.加入Zn中间层的接头界面IMCs厚度为3.09μm,在界面上并未生成含Zn类IMCs,抗拉强度和断后伸长率均低于不加中间层和加入Ag中间层的接头,仅为161 MPa和1.45%.In this paper,Ag foil and Zn foil were used as interlayers for butt welding of 2 mm thick 5052 aluminum alloy and AZ31 magnesium alloy,and the influence of different interlayers on the thickness,distribution and type of IMCs at the joint interface was studied.The results show that the interfacial IMCs without the interlayer are 3.52μm thick,and the main types are Al_(3)Mg_(2) and Al_(12)Mg_(17),which are continuously distributed along the plate thickness direction.The fracture of the joint occurred in the band area,and the tensile strength and elongation were 175 MPa and 2.75%,respectively,showing the characteristics of brittle fracture.Compared with the pure Al/Mg joint,the thickness,distribution and type of IMCs at the interface with Ag interlayer are changed,and the thickness of IMCs decreases to 2.38μm,Al_(3)Mg_(2) and Al_(12)Mg_(17) on the interface are discontinuous,and Ag2Al and Mg_(3)Ag are generated at the same time.The tensile strength and elongation of the joint are the highest,190 MPa and 5.13%,respectively,showing the characteristics of ductile fracture.The interface IMCs thickness of the joint with Zn interlayer is 3.09μm,and no Zncontaining IMCs are generated at the interface.The tensile strength and elongation of the joint with Zn interlayer are the lowest,only 161 MPa and 1.45%,which is lower than those of the joints without interlayer and with Ag interlayer.
