摘 要:关心高校辅导员文化创新创造活力的发展就是从高校人才培养与高校文化建设维度落细落小落实党的二十届三中全会精神,进一步增强文化自信,激发全民族文化创新创造活力的重要体现。高校辅导员文化创新创造活力的应然标识至少应包括运用文化创新创造规律、引领文化创新创造发展、整合学生文化创新创造实践、维护校园文化创新创造安全四个方面。在复杂的育人实践中,高校辅导员文化创新创造活力的发展生成于充满张力的矛盾运动中,受“名”与“实”的角色差距、“宽”与“窄”的素养落差、“专”与“杂”的处境冲突、“多”与“一”的分歧挑战等情况干扰。高校辅导员文化创新创造活力的发展需要在对标应然标识、正视冲突与困境的基础上,选择一种发展性思维。其中,既需要厘清矛盾困境中的“主”与“次”,又需要综合考量辅导员文化创新创造活力发展的主体因素、物质基础与文化环境,确立起辅导员文化创新创造活力发展的前提、基础与动力支撑。Concern for the development of cultural innovation vitality among college advisors represents an implementation of the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee through concrete actions in higher education talent cultivation and cultural construction.This serves as a crucial manifestation of enhancing cultural self-confidence and stimulating national cultural innovation vitality.The normative dimensions of cultural innovation vitality for college advisors should at least include four aspects:applying the laws of cultural innovation,leading the development of cultural innovation,integrating students'cultural innovation practices,and maintaining campus cultural innovation security.In complex educational practices,the development of cultural innovation vitality among college advisors emerges from contradictory dynamics,constrained by tensions including but not limited to:the role gap between"nominal positioning"and"actual functions",the competency disparity between"broad cultural literacy"and"narrow professional training",the contextual conflict between"specialized requirements"and"fragmented workloads",as well as the operational challenges posed by"diversified demands"versus"unified evaluation systems".To advance the cultural innovation vitality of college advisors,developmental thinking must be adopted based on aligning with normative dimensions and confronting practical dilemmas.This requires clarifying the"primary"and"secondary"contradictions while comprehensively considering three fundamental elements:the subjective agency of advisors,material foundations,and cultural environments.These elements collectively establish the prerequisites,basis,and driving forces for sustainable development.
