摘　　要：高校辅导员深入开展调查研究是准确把握广大青年学生的思想特点和成长规律,加强高校辅导员队伍职业化专业化建设,以及推动新时代高校思想政治教育工作高质量发展的重要手段。高校辅导员在深入开展调查研究的过程中,应当充分发挥其职业角色、学科属性、专业立场等特殊定位以及思想政治教育工作的内在要求,把握调研中历史性和时代性、普遍性和特殊性、理论性和实践性等辩证特性的统一。应当以对“现实的人”的深入认识为出发点,以科学化、专业化和规范化的调研方式方法为具体路径,呈现调研中的问题意识,彰显高校辅导员的职业属性和专业立场,以高质量的调研赋能高校思想政治教育工作。In-depth investigation and research by college advisors serve as vital means to accurately understand the ideological characteristics and developmental patterns of contemporary youth,enhance the professional and specialized development of advisor teams,and promote high-quality advancement of ideological and political education in the new era. When conducting such research,advisors should leverage their unique professional roles,disciplinary attributes,and specialized standpoint while adhering to the intrinsic requirements of ideological and political education. This process necessitates maintaining dialectical unity between historical and contemporary dimension s,universality and particularity,as well as theoretical and practical considerations. College advisors should originate from a profound understanding of "realistic human beings" and implement scientific,specialized,and standardized methodological approaches. Through these strategies,advisors can effectively demonstrate problem awareness in their research,highlight professional attributes and specialized perspectives,and ultimately empower ideological and political education through high-quality invest igations.
