摘 要:网络举报作为一种新兴的社会监督方式,以其快速、便捷、影响力广的特点,逐渐成为公众表达诉求、揭露问题的重要途径。随着大学生线上线下交流行为方式的深刻变化,网络举报现象频发,为教师带来不同程度的“网络恐惧症”,给学生的思想动态带来影响深远的冲击,也给高校学生管理工作带来了前所未有的挑战。及时了解大学生的心理动态和思想动态,甄别网络举报行为并妥善处理,成为学生管理工作的重要问题。文章以A高校师生反映问题、意见的行为特征为例,分析当前网络举报现象的特点、成因及其对高校学生管理工作的具体影响,提出高校应对网络举报和舆情危机的有效策略,为学工队伍提供理论支持和实践指导,提升学生事务管理的质效。As an emerging form of social supervision,online reporting has become a significant channel for public appeal and issue exposure due to its swift,convenient,and far-reaching nature.With profound changes in college students'online-of fline communication behaviors,frequent online reporting phenomena have induced varying degrees of cyber anxiety among faculty,exerted profound impacts on student ideologies,and posed unprecedented challenges to university student management.Timely understanding of students'psychological and ideological dynamics,along with proper assessment and handling of online reporting behaviors,has become crucial in student management.This study examines behavioral patterns of issue reporting and opinion expression among faculty and students from University A,analyzing the characteristics,underlying causes,and specific impacts of online reporting on student management.It proposes effective strategies for universities to address online reporting and public opinion crises,providing theoretical support and practical guidance for student affairs teams to enhance the quality and efficiency of student affairs management.
