心理弹性对公费专科医学生学习投入的影响:专业承诺的中介作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨公费专科医学生心理弹性、专业承诺与学习投入之间的关系。方法:使用心理弹性量表、专业承诺量表和学习投入量表,对山东省某医学专科学校公费专科医学生进行问卷调查。结果:专业承诺在心理弹性与学习投入之间起到部分中介作用(P<0.01)。结论:公费专科医学生的心理弹性不仅能直接预测学习投入水平,还能通过专业承诺的中介作用间接预测学习投入水平。The objective of this study is to explore the relationships between psychological resilience,professional commitment,and learning engagement in free medical higher vocational college students.A questionnaire survey was conducted using scales for psychological resilience,professional commitment,and learning engagement.Results show that professional commitment partially mediates the relationship between psychological resilience and learning engagement(P<0.01).Psychological resilience directly predicts learning engagement levels and also indirectly through the mediating role of professional commitment.
