摘  要:目的:探讨基于学习共同体的PWW教学法在老年照护人才培养中的应用。方法:以我院2019级和2020级护生为研究对象,对照组采用传统集中培训法,试验组采用基于学习共同体的PWW教学法。结果:试验组学生证书获取率优于对照组。结论:基于学习共同体的PWW教学法在老年照护人才培养中有助于调动学生学习积极性,提升职业技能水平,提高考试通过率。Objective:To explore the application of the PWW teaching method based on learning communities in the training of elderly care personnel.Methods:Nursing students from the 2019 and 2020 cohorts at our institution were selected as subjects.The control group received traditional centralized training,while the experimental group used the PWW method based on learning communities.In this method,students worked in groups to view operation videos,perform role-playing exercises,and correct each other's mistakes.Results:The experimental group had a higher certificate acquisition rate compared to the control group.Conclusion:The PWW teaching method based on learning communities enhances students' learning motivation,professional skills,and exam success rates in elderly care training.
