摘  要:采用Abaqus软件建立具有1×5(11+17+23)×1.80细观缆型胎圈结构的12.00R20轮胎有限元分析模型,对轮胎的充气和接地工况进行模拟和力学特性分析,并与简化胎圈模型的计算结果进行对比。结果表明:胎圈结构的简化会严重影响胎圈应力计算结果的准确性;考虑胎圈细观结构计算得到的应力更大,且应力呈现断点分布;轮胎接地工况下,胎圈最大应力随着负荷的增大而增大。A finite element analysis model of 12.00R20 tire with 1×5+(11+17+23)×1.80 mesoscopic cable bead structure was established using Abaqus software to simulate and analyze the mechanical characteristics of tire under inflation and ground contact conditions,and the calculated results were compared with those of the simplified bead model.The results showed that the simplification of bead structure would seriously affect the accuracy of calculation results of bead stress.The stress calculated by considering the mesoscopic bead structure was higher and exhibited a discontinuous distribution.The maximum stress of the bead increased with the increase of load under grounding contact conditions.
