摘 要:研究矿山轮胎锦纶66帘线与橡胶粘合性能的改善。结果表明,在帘线浸胶工艺中,锦纶66帘线浸胶量、间苯二酚-甲醛浸胶液pH值及热处理温度应分别控制在5%,9~10及220℃左右。通过在缓冲胶和胎体帘布胶中增加粘合剂RH和C_5树脂及控制胶料混炼和帘布压延工艺,可进一步提高轮胎胎体的粘合强度和耐久性能。The improvement of the adhesion performance between nylon 66 cord and compound in mining tires was studied.The results showed that in the impregnating process of nylon 66 cord,the impregnation amount of nylon 66 cord,the pH value of resorcinol-formaldehyde impregnation solution,and the heat treatment temperature should be controlled at about 5%,9~10,and 220℃,respectively.By adding adhesive RH and C5 resin to the buffer compound and carcass compound,as well as controlling the mixing of compound and cord calendering process,the carcass adhesion strength and durability of the tire could be further improved.
