摘　　要：针对苯乙烯抽提装置工程设计和开车运行中出现的问题,通过研究分析,结合同类装置间的比较,提出针对性的设计改造方案。方案经过实际运行验证,达到了预想的效果,实现了装置稳定、长周期运行。In response to the problems encountered during the engineering design and startup of styrene extraction unit,some targeted engineering solutions were proposed through research and analysis as well as comparison between similar units.These solutions has been verified through actual operation and has achieved the expected results,ensuring the stable and long-term operation of the unit.
