摘 要:随着我国油气管道服役年限不断增加,每年都要进行大量的阀门更换、支路改造、管线切除及更换等抢维修作业。考虑到我国地形地貌、气候条件等诸多不利因素的影响,业内对于管道内封堵作业提出了更高的要求。针对管道封堵存在的技术问题,介绍了油气管道封堵抢修技术的国内外发展现状,并分析了传统油气管道封堵技术以及新型管内智能封堵技术的施工工艺及特点,明确了对于高压油气管道智能内封堵技术具有更好的适用性。相关理论成果对于推动国内管道安全封堵技术的发展有着积极作用。With the increasing service life of oil and gas pipelines in China,a large number of maintenance and repair operations such as valve replacement,branch reconstruction,pipeline cutting and replacement are carried out every year.Taking into account the influence of many unfavorable factors such as landform and climate,the industry has put forward higher requirements for pipeline plugging operations.In view of the technical problems in pipeline plugging,the development status of plugging and repair technologies for oil and gas pipelines at home and abroad is introduced,and the construction process and characteristics of traditional plugging technologies for oil and gas pipelines and new intelligent internal plugging technology are analyzed.It is clear that intelligent internal plugging technology has better applicability for high-pressure oil and gas pipelines.The relevant theoretical results play a positive role in promoting the development of domestic safe pipeline plugging technologies.
