摘　　要：由于介质和设备的特殊性,气相法聚乙烯装置聚合反应单元在规划设备和管道布置时会有一些特殊的要求和注意事项。结合工程实践,论述和总结气相法聚乙烯聚合反应单元循环气系统、PDS系统、催化剂系统的布置设计注意事项。Due to the particularity of medium and equipment,there are some unique requirements and precautions for the equipment layout and piping layout of polymerization unit in gas-phase polyethylene plant.Based on engineering practice,this paper discusses and summarizes the precautions for the layout design of circulating gas system,PDS system and catalyst system in the polymerization unit of gas-phase polyethylene plant.
