摘  要:颅脑损伤(TBI)是最常见的获得性脑损伤,具有病情复杂、致残率和病死率高、生活质量差与经济负担重等特点。早期、快速、准确地诊断TBI对积极有效指导临床治疗和判断预后起到至关重要的作用。近年来,研究发现长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)在TBI中发挥着多种生物学作用,能够作为TBI早期诊断、判断疾病发展与预后的一种新型标志物。本文对目前与TBI相关lncRNA作用机制的新进展进行综述。Traumatic brain injury(TBI)is the most prevalent acquired brain injury,featuring complex conditions,high disability and mortality rates,poor quality of life,and heavy economic burden.Early,rapid,and accurate diagnosis of TBI is of vital importance for actively and effectively guiding clinical treatment and determining prognosis.In recent years,it has been discovered that long noncoding RNAs(lncRNAs)exert various biological functions in TBI and can serve as a novel biomarker for the early diagnosis,disease development,and prognosis of TBI.This paper presents a review of the recent advancements in the mechanism of lncRNAs associated with TBI.
