乡村组织振兴背景下农村基层党组织建设研究——以S市为例

摘　　要：农村基层党组织是实施乡村振兴战略的基层抓手和中坚力量,是落实各项惠民政策、进行乡村基础设施建设和经济发展的重要基础。文章以S市农村基层党组织建设为例,通过科学的研究方法、量化的数据模型,分析S市农村基层党组织建设的现状,得出部分农村基层党组织组织力不足、带头人队伍引领力不足、党员队伍向心力不足三个影响和制约农村基层党组织功能发挥的问题。提出从坚持党对农村工作的全面领导、坚持抓关键“少数”、坚持做好党员教育培养三个维度解决农村基层党组织建设问题的方法路径。Rural grassroots party organizations are pivotal and central to the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.They are crucial for carrying out the policies that benefit the populace,and for the development of rural infrastructure and economic growth.This paper examines the construction of rural grassroots party organizations in S City using scientific research methodologies and quantitative data models.It identifies three main issues that impair the functional effectiveness of some rural grassroots party organizations:insufficient organizational strength,weak leadership from the leadership team,and lack of cohesion among party members.The paper proposes three strategic approaches to address these challenges:reinforcing the Party′s comprehensive leadership over rural affairs,focusing on key"minorities"within the leadership,and improving the education and training of party members.
