烟台黑猪和长烟杂交猪繁殖性能及育肥产肉性能比较

摘　　要：为研究新引进的烟台黑猪不同组合的繁殖性能及其后代的生长育肥性能,试验测定了烟台黑猪纯繁及其杂交组合的繁殖性能。选择93头体重30 kg左右的烟台黑猪和48头长白猪与烟台黑猪的杂交后代长烟二元仔猪,进行育肥试验。结果发现,烟台黑猪纯繁仔猪21日龄个体重、 21日龄窝重、 35日龄个体重分别比长烟二元仔猪显著提高16.74%(P<0.05)、 26.19%(P<0.05)和24.44%(P<0.05)。烟台黑猪母猪组和阉公猪组的背膘厚,分别比烟台黑猪公猪组提高26.38%(P<0.05)和24.56%(P<0.05);烟台黑猪公猪组的活体瘦肉率分别比母猪组和阉公猪组提高3.75%(P<0.05)和4.46%(P<0.01)。长烟二元猪公猪组的平均日增重比母猪组提高11.69%(P<0.01)。烟台黑猪和长烟二元猪比较,烟台黑猪体长比长烟猪极显著提高5.70%(P<0.01);长烟猪胸围比烟台黑猪显著提高4.95%(P<0.05)。结果表明,杂交对烟台黑猪的总产仔数和产活仔数及仔猪初生个体重无明显差异,但对仔猪的21日龄个体重、 21日龄窝重、35日龄个体重有降低的趋势,需进一步验证。To study the reproductive performance of different combinations of the newly introduced Yantai Black Pig and the growth and fattening performance of their offspring,the experiment measured the reproductive performance of purebred Yantai Black Pigs and their hybrid combinations.And a fattening experiment was conducted on 93 Yantai black pigs with a body weight of about 30 kg and 48 Changyan two-element piglets produced by crossing Landrace with Yantai black pigs.As a result,it was found that the individual weight at 21 days of age,itter weight at 21 days of age,and individual weight at 35 days of age of the purebred Yantai black pigs were signficantly increased by 16.74%(P<0.05),26.19%(P<0.05),and 24.44%(P<0.05),respectively,compared to the crossbreeding combination of binary piglet.The live backfat thickness at the 3rd and 4th ribs of the sows and castrated male pigs of the Yantai black pigs was increased by 26.38%(P<0.05)and 24.56%(P<0.05),respectively,compared to the entire male pig group;the live lean meat rate of the entire male pig group was increased by 3.75%(P<0.05)and 4.46%(P<0.01),respectively,compared to the sow group and castrated male pig group.The average daily weight gain of the entire male pig group of the Changyan two--element pigs was increased by 11.69%(P<0.01)compared to the sow group.Compared with the Changyan two--element pigs,the body length of the Yantai black pigs was significantly increased by 5.70%(P<0.01);the chest circumference of the Changyan pigs was signiticanty increased by 4.95%(P<0.05)compared to the Yantai black pigs.The results showed that there was no significant ditterence in the total ltter size,live ltter size,and birth weight of Yantai black pigs ater hybridization.However,there was a decreasing trend in the individual weight of piglets at 21 days of age,ltter weight at 21 days of age and individual weight at 35 days of age,which needs further veritication.
