摘  要:随着物联网、云计算和人工智能的应用和普及,数据安全和隐私保护成为人们关注的焦点。数据加密一直是解决这个问题的重要手段,在数据存储和传输中比较常见,可是一旦涉及到计算,就需先解密用明文计算,然后再加密。全同态加密允许对加密数据进行任意同态计算,将加密扩展到计算层面。它可以无需解密即可完成密文计算处理任务,具有保护用户数据隐私的特性,是一种强大的加密技术。目前全同态加密的运算只能在加法和乘法上快速展开,但像矩阵中的点积、卷积等复杂运算会因密文结构导致运算复杂度高,因此影响了同态加密在图像隐私保护上的应用和发展。基于此,本文对同态密文计算进行研究,使用PyCharm工具并借助TenSEAL开源库,实现图像矩阵在密文状态下的点积、卷积操作,并对计算方法封装。实验证明,对不同像素图像同态加密后,进行同态密文点积、卷积运算,可以通过同态解密还原出正常计算后的图像。With the application and popularization of the Internet of things,cloud computing and artificial intelligence,data security and privacy protection have become the focus of attention.Data encryption is always an important means to solve this problem,which is common in data storage and transmission.But once it comes to calculation,it is necessary to decrypt for calculation with plaintext first,and then encrypt it.Fully homomorphic encryption allows arbitrary homomorphic computation on encrypted data,extending encryption to the computational level.It can complete the ciphertext computation processing tasks without decryption,and has the characteristics of protecting user data privacy.It is a strong encryption technology.At present,the operation of fully homomorphic encryption can only be quickly expanded on addition and multiplication,but the complex operations such as dot product and convolution in the image matrix will have high computational complexity due to the ciphertext structure,which affects the application and development of homomorphic encryption in image privacy protection.Based on this,on the basis of existing research,this paper studies the calculation of homomorphic ciphertext.Using PyCharm tool and TenSEAL open source library,the dot product and convolution operations of the image matrix in the ciphertext state are realized,and the calculation method is encapsulated.Experiments show that after homomorphic encryption of different pixel images,dot product and convolution operations of homomorphic ciphertext can be performed,and the normal calculated image can be restored by homomorphic decryption.
