高校财务信息化审批平台建设的思考——以JY学院为例

摘　　要：随着财务数字化的蓬勃发展,全面加强财务信息平台建设为高校财务的未来发展方向带来了无限契机,大部分高校财务领域已开始全面实施信息化建设。传统的线下财务报销审批模式效率较低,已无法适应现今高校财务管理领域的发展。通过结合高校财务会计的理论信息化内容分析,以JY学院为案例研究对象,探讨建设线上审批平台所面临的问题及可优化改善的思路。帮助JY学院为全校师生提供出更好的财务服务质量,为以后高校财务实现报销全面信息化自动化,真正解决师生多跑路等问题做铺垫,同时对其他高校的线上审批平台建设提供借鉴和新思路。With the rapid development of financial digitalization,the comprehensive strengthening of the financial information institution has brought infinite opportunities for the future development direction of university finance office,and most of the financial areas of universities have begun to fully implement the informatization construction.The traditional financial approval mode is less efficient,and has been unable to adapt to the development of college.In this paper,by combining the theoretical informatization analysis of accounting and taking a case study of JY university,the paper will discuss the problems faced by the construction of online financial approval and the opinions that can be improved.To help JY university to provide better financial service quality for all students and teachers.Furthermore,for the college financial reimbursement of comprehensive technicalization in the future.Second,to truly solve the problem of students and teachers less efficient of reimbursement.Hoping to helps other universities online approval platform construction,and to provide new ideas.
