摘  要:基于多波束测深技术测量的河道水下地形和构建的三维模型,解决了单波束测量精度效率低等问题,但因设备布置困难等因素会导致点云数据存在“空洞区”,合适的空间插值方法能够有效消除“空洞”还原真实河道水下地形。利用多波束测深技术测量了洪汝河河道模型水下地形,对河道点云数据“空洞区”,分别采用全局多项式插值(GLP)、反距离加权插值(IDW)、克里金插值(Kriging)和神经网络插值(PSO-RBF)法优化点云数据并重构河道水下地形。运用平均绝对误差(MAE)、平均绝对百分比误差(MAPE)、均方根误差(RMSE)和相关系数(R 2)评价指标,筛选出最优的数据优化方案,并考量插值拟合度和预测相关性。结果表明,PSO-RBF法是优化河道水下地形测量数据的最佳方法,可有效解决实际工程中水下地形点云数据的“空洞区”,提高了空间插值精度。The measurement of underwater topography of river channel based on multi-beam bathymetry technology and the construction of three-dimensional model solve the problem of low accuracy and efficiency of single-beam measurement.However,due to the difficulties of equipment layout and other factors,there are“void areas”in point cloud data.The appropriate spatial interpolation methods can effectively eliminate these voids and restore the real underwater topography of river channel.Multi-beam bathymetry technology is used to measure the underwater topography of Hongru River channel model.The global polynomial interpolation(GLP),inverse distance weighted interpolation(IDW),Kriging interpolation and particle swarm optimization-based radial basis function interpolation(PSO-RBF)are used to optimize the point cloud data and reconstruct the underwater terrain of the river channel.The mean absolute error(MAE),mean absolute percentage error(MAPE),root mean square error(RMSE)and correlation coefficient(R 2)are used to select the optimal data optimization scheme,and the interpolation fitting degree and prediction correlation are considered.The results show that PSO-RBF method is the best method to optimize the underwater topographic measurement data,and can effectively solve the“void areas”of the underwater topographic point cloud data in practical engineering,and improve the accuracy of spatial interpolation.
