摘 要:研究了纳米铝硅酸盐添加剂(埃洛石、伊毛缟石和水铝英石)对乙酰丙酮二羰基铑与三苯基膦三间磺酸钠盐(TPPTS)构成的水相催化体系催化混合丁烯水油两相氢甲酰化反应的影响。结果表明,纳米铝硅酸盐添加剂可以促进稳定油水乳液的形成。催化剂在这种稳定的油水乳液中能够实现有效的界面催化效应,显著提高混合丁烯的转化率和正异比。反应后,通过简单过滤除去铝硅酸盐添加剂后油水两相能够在短时间内快速分相,从而实现产品与催化剂的高效分离。研究还发现,在反应中加入钼酸铵、铬酸铵、重铬酸铵等无机盐助剂能够进一步提高催化剂的反应活性。The effect of nano-aluminosilicate additives(halloysite,imogolite,and allophane)in hydroformylation of mixed butene in water-oil phase was studied.This reaction is catalyzed by an aqueous catalytic system,which is composed of acetylacetone rhodium dicarbonyl and triphenylphosphine trisulfonate sodium salt(TPPTS).The results show that nano-aluminosilicate additive can promote the formation of stable oil-water lotion.The catalyst can achieve effective interfacial catalytic effect in this stable oil-water lotion,which can significantly promote the conversion of mixed butene and normal/isomeric aldehyde ratio.After the reaction,the oil and water phases can be quickly separated in a short time after the aluminosilicate additives are removed by simple filtration,thus achieving efficient separation of the product from the catalyst.The study also found that adding inorganic salt additives such as ammonium molybdate tetrahydrate,ammonium chromate,and ammonium dichromate to the reaction can further enhance the catalytic activity.
