协同共益视角下金寨县乡村旅游产业挤出效应研究  

Research on the Crowding-out Effect of Rural Tourism Industry in Jinzhai County from the Perspective of Collaborative Benefits

摘  要:运用挤出效应理论研究旅游产业问题,应坚持协同共益理念,须进行样本解析。安徽省金寨县乡村旅游产业挤出由居民挤出、经济转换、文化挤出、空间重构四个方面构成。金寨县乡村旅游产业挤出效应受“权力”与“资本”的推动,挤出方式为“被动”与“主动”结合,挤出原因是“内因”与“外因”联动。金寨县乡村旅游产业挤出效应的破解途径是建立地方政府统筹平台,构建利益沟通协调机制,优化和调整多元主体组合,探索多元主体协同治理机制。Researchers should adhere to the concept of collaborative benefits and carry out the sample analysis by using the theoretical perspective of crowding-out effect to study the rural tourism industry.The crowding-out of rural tourism industry in Jinzhai County,Anhui Province,consists of four aspects:residents crowding-out,economic transformation,cultural crowding-out,and spatial reconstruction.The results show that the crowding-out effect of Jinzhai County’s rural tourism industry is driven by“power”and“capital”,the methods reflect the combination of“passive”and“active”crowding-out,and the reasons for the crowding-out lies in the linkage of“internal factors”and“external factors”.Therefore,it is suggested that the solution to the crowding-out effect of rural tourism industry in Jinzhai County lies in the establishment of a local government coordination platforms,the construction of interest communication and coordination mechanism,the optimization and adjustment of multi-subject combination,and the exploration of multi-subject collaborative governance mechanism.
