摘 要:石笼网垫生态护岸因其良好的整体性、透水性、耐腐蚀性、抗冲刷性和环境适应性,被广泛应用于我国河道岸坡治理中,但是传统石笼网垫是用网片作为隔断,需耗费大量人力绑扎和填石料,施工困难。为此,研发设计了新型石笼网垫,将传统的网片隔断替换为胶结碎石格构隔断,这样碎石填料和隔断可以一起碾压,能极大提高施工效率。为了探究新型石笼网垫的抗冲蚀性,利用CFD_DEM耦合分析软件,开展了石笼网垫单元体的冲刷数值模拟研究,探究传统与新型石笼网垫单元体的逊径流失累积量随冲刷时间的变化规律,并得出流失的逊径颗粒在冲刷流失过程中的运动轨迹线及其在流失过程中的流速,同时进一步开展了探究不同冲刷流速、岸坡倾角下新型石笼网垫单元体抗冲刷效果的数值模拟。研究结果为推广新型石笼网垫护岸结构的设计与施工提供参考。Because of its excellent integrity,water permeability,corrosion resistance,scour resistance and environmental adaptability,gabion mesh ecological bank protection is widely used in China′s river bank slope management,but the traditional gabion mesh mats are used as a mesh as a partition,which requires a lot of manpower to tie and fill the stone,and the construction is difficult.For this reason,a new type of gabion mesh mat was designed,replacing the traditional mesh partition with a cemented gravel lattice partition,so that the gravel filler and partition could be crushed together,which greatly improved the construction efficiency.In order to explore the feasibility of the new gabion mesh mat bank protection,the gabion mesh mesh unit body of scour numerical simulation research was carried out using CFD_DEM coupled analysis software.The traditional and new gabion mesh mesh unit body of sunrise runoff loss of cumulative amount of time change rules were explored,and the loss of sunrise particles in the process of scour loss of the trajectory of the line of the process of movement and its flow rate in the process of the loss of flow velocity were derived.Additionally,a numerical simulation of new gabion mesh unit under different slope inclinations was also carried out to investigate the scouring resistance of gabion mesh under different scouring flow rates and slope inclinations.The results of the study can provide a reference for promoting the design and construction of new gabion mat shore protection structure.
