摘  要:疏浚土的资源化利用对于促进绿色节能以及节约建设成本有重要意义。为研究适用于生态漂浮景观的无机载体材料,以里运河疏浚土为主要原料,利用水泥、植物蛋白发泡剂制备密度小,力学性能较好的泡沫混凝土。借助正交试验,研究灰砂比、水砂比、泡沫体积掺量对试件的密度、吸水率和抗压强度的影响,进而得出最佳配合比。结果表明,泡沫体积掺量对密度及吸水率的影响最大,而灰砂比对14 d和28 d的抗压强度影响最大。泡沫混凝土最优组的配合比为灰砂比0.4,水砂比0.35,泡沫体积掺量10%。通过SEM观测最优组试样的内部结构,发现其内部水化反应充分,并且能形成有利的多孔隙结构,适用于漂浮景观的载体材料。The resource utilization of dredged soil is of great significance for promoting green energy conservation and saving construction costs.In order to study theinorganic carrier materials suitable for ecological floating landscapes,the dredged soil in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River was used as the main raw material.Cement and plant protein foaming agents were used to prepare lightweight soil with low density and good mechanical properties mixed with bubbles.By using orthogonal experiments,the effects of ash sand ratio,water sand ratio,and foam volume fraction on the density,water absorption rate,and compressive strength of specimens were studied,and the optimal mix ratio was obtained.The results show that the volume content of foam has the greatest impact on density and water absorption,while the lime-sand ratio has the greatest impact on the compressive strengths of 14 d and 28 d.The optimal mix ratio for bubble-mixed lightweight soil is a lime-sand ratio of 0.4,a water-sand ratio of 0.35,and a foam volume content of 10%.Through SEM observation of the internal structure of the optimal group of samples,it is found that their internal hydration reactions are sufficient and could form favorable porous structures,making them suitable as carrier materials for floating landscapes.
