摘 要:应急热备机车救援是铁路机辆应急救援体系中重要组成部分,在保障铁路运输安全生产方面起到了重要作用。某高原山区高速铁路为客货共线铁路,长大紧坡地段总长248 km,占比24.3%;新建桥隧总长956.2 km,桥隧比94.4%,其中10 km以上隧道共35座,高原山区铁路特殊的自然环境,超长大坡道、超高桥隧比、高温差、高海拔及复杂地形条件为列车救援带来极大的挑战。本文对高原山区高速铁路应急热备机车救援性能和布点进行研究,通过对不同救援场景模拟计算,为客运列车应急供电、应急自走行研发提出了参考意见。结果表明:(1)应急热备机车应按照多动力源进行研发;(2)应急热备机车布点建议按救援半径45~75 km设计,超长大坡道区间及超长隧道区段适当加密应急热备机车布点;(3)客运列车研发需提高应急通风及辅助供电时间,需至少具备180 min应急供电条件或增加应急自走行系统,应急热备机车需具备为故障列车供电的条件。Emergency rescue using hot-standby locomotives constitutes a vital component of the emergency rescue system for railway rolling stock,which plays an important role in ensuring the safe production of railway transportation.A high-speed railway in a plateau mountainous region serves both passenger and freight traffic,with a total length of 248 km(24.3%of the total route)consisting of long and steep grades.The newly constructed bridges and tunnels span a total length of 956.2 km,accounting for 94.4%of the route,including 35 tunnels each longer than 10 km.The unique natural environment of plateau mountainous railways,characterized by extra-long and steep grades,an ultra-high bridge-tunnel ratio,large temperature variations,high altitudes,and complex terrains,poses significant challenges for train rescue operations.This paper studied the rescue performance and deployment of emergency hot standby locomotives for high-speed railways in plateau mountainous regions.Through simulated calculations of various rescue scenarios,it provides reference suggestions for the development of emergency power supply and emergency self-running systems for passenger trains.The results indicate that:(1)Emergency hot standby locomotives should be developed with multiple power sources.(2)The deployment of emergency hot standby locomotives is suggested be designed with a rescue radius of 45~75 km,with appropriate densification in areas with extra-long and steep grades as well as ultra-long tunnels.(3)The development of passenger trains needs to enhance emergency ventilation and auxiliary power supply duration,with a minimum of 180 min of emergency power supply or adding an emergency self-running system,and the emergency hot standby locomotive must be equipped to provide power to faulty trains.
