摘 要:本文围绕成渝中线高速铁路大直径盾构蜀安隧道,对轨下结构预制方案进行了设计和比选,结果表明:(1)全预制结构方案在施工效率、工程质量、少人化、智能化建造方面具有明显优势,是轨下结构设计的方向和趋势;(2)“中间预制箱涵+两侧回填”方案轨下空间利用效率低,适用于两侧边箱涵无通风或放置设备等功能性需求的场景,且其投资最低、工艺成熟、工期可控,对蜀安隧道更为适宜;(3)“整体预制箱涵”方案实现了构件全预制和洞内一次拼装,当有轨下两侧空间使用需求、投资满足、设备及工艺成熟时可优先选用。The prefabrication schemes of the subrail structure was designed and compared around the large diameter shield Shu’an Tunnel of the Middle Line of Chengdu-Chongqing High-speed Railway.The results indicate that:(1)The fully prefabricated structure scheme has obvious advantages in construction efficiency,engineering quality,lean staffing and intelligent construction,and is the direction and trend of the subrail structure design.(2)The scheme of“middle prefabricated box culvert+backfill on both sides”has low space utilization efficiency,and is suitable for scenarios where there are no functional requirements such as ventilation or equipment placement for the side box culverts.Besides,it has the lowest investment,mature technology and controllable construction duration,making it more suitable for the Shu’an Tunnel.(3)The“integrated prefabricated box culvert”scheme realizes the full prefabrication of components and the assembly in the hole at one time,which can be preferentially selected when the use of sub-rail space on both sides is met,the investment is met,and the equipment and process are mature.
