数字时代赋能型档案服务的概念内涵、理论图景与价值阐释

摘　　要：档案高质量服务是档案事业发展的重要目标。本文洞察数字时代档案服务的赋能转型趋向,首先基于数字时代之社会背景、“赋能”内蕴之前瞻取向、档案服务之专业旨归、档案赋能之理论表征四个维度,层析“数字时代赋能型档案服务”的概念。然后勾勒中外赋能型档案服务的理论图景,挖掘档案机构开展赋能型档案服务的理论土壤。最后全方位阐释数字时代档案机构顺势而为开展赋能型档案服务的现实价值,认为其是锚定国际档案赋能发展新动向的前瞻要求、提高我国档案服务目标站位的时代要求、助推我国档案服务高质量发展的理论要求、迎接数字时代档案服务新挑战的现实要求。High-quality archival service is an important goal of the development of the archival cause.This paper firstly analyses the concept of‘empowering archival service in the digital era’based on four dimensions:social background of the digital era,forward-looking orientation of the implication of‘empowerment’,professional pur⁃pose of archival service,and theoretical character⁃ization of archival empowerment,and clarifies its essence as the empowering transformation of ar⁃chival service in the digital era.Then,it outlines the theoretical picture of empowering archival ser⁃vices in China and abroad,and explores the theo⁃retical soil for archival institutions to carry out em⁃powering archival services.Finally,it explains the theoretical and practical value for archival institu⁃tions to carry out empowering archival services in the digital era.The article holds that carrying out empowering archival service is a forward-looking requirement for anchoring the new development trend of international empowering archival ser⁃vice,a temporal period requirement for raising the targeting position of archival service in China,a theoretical requirement for promoting the highquality development of archival service,and a practical requirement for meeting the new chal⁃lenges of archival service in the digital era.
