摘　　要：新质生产力是数字化时代先进生产力的质态跃迁,通过技术革命性突破与生产要素创新性配置,为档案文化产业高质量发展提供了核心动能。发挥新质生产力的赋能效应,系统性整合并高效利用新质劳动者、新质劳动资料及新质劳动对象,从而构筑起档案文化产业向高质量发展所必需的智力引擎、动力源泉与物质基础。在此基础上,探讨新质生产力背景下档案文化产业高质量发展的多种路径:以优质文化资源为根基,以数字科技创新为支撑,以多维业态融合为驱动,着力打造兼具文化传承力、数字表现力与市场竞争力的新型档案文化产业业态。As the qualitative leap of advanced productive forces in the digital age,new-quality productive forces provide core impetus for the high-quality development of the archival culture industry through revolutionary technological breakthroughs and innovative allocation of pro⁃duction factors.By leveraging the enabling effect of new-quality productive forces,systematically integrating and efficiently utilizing new-quality la⁃borers,new-quality means of labor,and newquality objects of labor,an intellectual engine,power source,and material foundation neces⁃sary for the high-quality development of the ar⁃chival culture industry can be constructed.On this basis,the paper explores various paths for the high-quality development of the archival cul⁃tural industry under the background of new quali⁃ty productivie forces.With high-quality cultural resources as the foundation,digital technology in⁃novation as the support,and multidimensional business integration as the driving force,focus will be put on building a new archival cultural in⁃dustry system that combines cultural heritage,digital expression,and market competitiveness.
