摘　　要：党中央坚持守正创新马克思主义政治经济学的资本理论,鲜明提出“发展耐心资本”的重要命题。亟待回答的问题是,如何认识耐心资本的特性和行为规律,如何把握耐心资本推动新质生产力发展的内在逻辑。根据从抽象上升到具体的方法论,以耐心资本的“一般性-特殊性-个别性”为线索:耐心资本具有“资本一般”的一般性,表现为在相对剩余价值生产规律下追求增殖、处理好资本和劳动的关系、发挥生产要素黏合剂作用;耐心资本具有不同于短期资本的特殊性,表现为长周期成长性、长期伙伴关系结构、构建长期主义生态;耐心资本在中国呈现出接受社会主义上层建筑有效规约的个别性,表现为遵从社会主义法治体系、适应社会主义意识形态、服务社会主义国家宏观经济治理。耐心资本的特性和行为规律契合推动发展新质生产力的要求,能穿透金融服务科技创新的堵点,在深化金融供给侧结构性改革、促进融资体系结构适应实体经济升级的过程中推动新质生产力加快发展。to concrete,the“generality-particularity-individuality”of patient capital is taken as a clue:patient capital has the generality of common capital,which is manifested in the pursuit of multiplication,the handling of the relationship between capital and labor,and the role of the glue of production factors under the law of relative surplus value production;Patient capital has the particularity of being different from short-term capital,which is manifested in long-term growth,long-term partnership structure,and long-term ecology.In China,patient capital shows the individuality of accepting the effective regulations of the socialist superstructure,which is manifested in complying with the socialist rule of law system,adapting to socialist ideology,and serving the macroeconomic governance of socialist countries.The characteristics and behavioral laws of patient capital are in line with the requirements of promoting the development of new quality productivity,which can penetrate the blockage of scientific and technological innovation in financial services,and promote the accelerated development of new quality productivity in the process of deepening the structural reform of the financial supply side and promoting the adaptation of the financing structure to the upgrading of the real economy.
