摘　　要：碳交易价格是企业绿色技术创新的关键。该文选取2013—2022年间碳交易试点地区的上市公司作为实证研究的样本,在探讨碳交易价格如何影响公司的绿色技术创新的同时进一步讨论了政府补助作为调节变量的影响。研究表明:碳交易价格对促进企业绿色创新具有显著的正向作用;政府补助在碳排放价格对于绿色创新的促进中存在负向调节作用;碳交易价格显著提高了重污染企业以及国有企业的绿色创新水平,而政府环保补助的负向调节效应在非重污染企业组以及非国有企业中更为显著。从政府支持的角度切入,研究碳交易价格对我国碳排放权交易试点地区企业绿色技术创新的激励作用,不仅有助于充分理解碳排放权交易政策对于绿色可持续发展的重要影响,而且对于政府如何通过加快碳交易市场建设以促进我国产业结构转型升级也具有一定的借鉴意义。Carbon trading prices are crucial for enterprises’green technological innovation.Authors of this paper selected listed companies in carbon trading pilot regions from 2013 to 2022 as samples for empirical research,exploring how carbon trading prices affect their green technological innovation and further discussing the impact of government subsidies as a moderating variable.The research conclusions indicate that:(1)Carbon trading prices have a significant positive effect on promoting enterprises’green innovation;(2)Government subsidies exert a negative moderating effect on the promotion of green innovation via carbon trading prices;(3)Carbon trading prices significantly enhance the level of green innovation in heavily polluting enterprises and state-owned enterprises,while the negative moderating effect of government environmental subsidies is more pronounced in non-heavily polluting enterprises and non-state-owned enterprises.From the perspective of government support,investigating the incentive effect of carbon trading prices on green technological innovation in enterprises within China’s carbon emissions trading pilot regions not only helps to fully understand the significant impact of carbon emissions trading policies on green and sustainable development but also provides certain insights for government on how to accelerate the construction of the carbon trading market to promote the transformation and upgrading of China’s industrial structure.
