摘 要:在永磁同步发电机(PMSG)与三相脉宽调制(PWM)整流器构成的PMSG-PWM发电系统中,由于三相整流器的死区效应会导致零电流箝位,出现交流发电侧电流谐波增加的现象,所以通过对死区效应的分析,提出一种单位功率因数(UPF)的脉宽调节死区补偿方法。该方法通过转子位置传感器获取交流侧电压相位,再由交流侧电压相位代替相电流相位进行极性判断,无需增加额外硬件电路,在补偿死区效应的同时可以避免零电流箝位的影响,准确判断电流方向。仿真和实验结果表明,所提的脉冲宽度死区方法应用于交流发电机的三相PWM整流器,可有效减小交流侧电流谐波,且满足PMSG-PWM发电系统变频变速运行工况下的单位功率因数控制需求。In a PMSG-PWM power generation system composed of a permanent magnet synchronous generator(PMSG)and a three-phase pulse-width modulated(PWM)rectifier,an increase in the harmonics of the current on the AC generation side occurs due to the dead-time effect of the three-phase rectifier,which results in the zero-current clamping,so a pulse-width-modulated dead-time compensation method for the unit power factor(UPF)was proposed by analyzing the dead-time effect.The method obtains the AC-side voltage phase through the rotor position sensor,and then the AC-side voltage phase replaces the phase current phase for polarity judgment without adding additional hardware circuits,which can avoid the influence of zero-current clamping while compensating for the dead-time effect and accurately judge the current direction.Simulation and experimental results show that the proposed pulse width dead-time method applied to the three-phase PWM rectifier of an AC generator can effectively reduce the AC-side current harmonics and meet the demand of unit power factor control under the variable speed operation condition of the PMSG-PWM power generation system.
