摘　　要：习近平总书记指出,加快构建中国特色哲学社会科学,归根结底是建构中国自主的知识体系。这一重要论断为构建中国版权自主知识体系提供了根本遵循。构建中国版权自主知识体系是一项意义深远的系统性工程,版权作为知识创新和文化传承的重要保障,是激发创新活力、推动文化繁荣的关键力量。深入研究中国版权历史发展脉络,系统总结我国版权制度发展规律,有助于构建中国版权自主知识体系,传承中国版权文化,讲好中国版权故事,推动中国版权事业高质量发展。2024年底,新华网“学术中国|创新领航者”系列访谈栏目以“版权源于中国、成于世界以版权力量激发原创活水”为题,对中国版权保护中心党委书记、主任孙宝林进行视频专访,深入探讨版权如何在数字化时代更好地激发文化创新活力这一重要命题。此次访谈一经推出,便在业界引发了广泛关注,阅读量超过125万人次。为深入学习领会习近平文化思想,加快构建中国版权自主知识体系,在中国式现代化建设中贡献版权力量,《中国版权》杂志编辑部联合新华网“学术中国”特别策划,对孙宝林主任进行书面专访,期冀为业界提供更多的启发与思考,为建设版权强国、文化强国贡献智慧与力量。General Secretary Xi Jinping has emphasized that accelerating the development of a philosophy and social sciences system with Chinese characteristics ultimately aims to build an independent knowledge system for China.This important statement provides fundamental guidance for establishing an autonomous copyright knowledge system in China.Building an independent copyright knowledge system is a significant and systematic undertaking.As a crucial safeguard for knowledge innovation and cultural heritage,copyright plays a key role in stimulating creative vitality and promoting cultural prosperity.Conducting in-depth research on the historical development of copyright in China and systematically summarizing the evolution of the country’s copyright system will help construct an independent copyright knowledge system,preserve China’s copyright culture,tell China’s copyright story,and advance high-quality development in the copyright sector.At the end of 2024,Xinhua Academic China|Innovation Leaders conducted an exclusive interview with Sun Baolin,Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the China Copyright Protection Center,under the theme“Copyright Originates in China,Thrives in the World:Unleashing the Power of Copyright to Fuel Original Creativity.”The discussion explored how copyright can better stimulate cultural innovation in the digital age.Upon release,the interview gained widespread attention in the industry,amassing over 1.25 million views.To further study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Culture,accelerate the development of an China’s independent copyright knowledge system,and contribute copyright expertise to China’s modernization,The editorial department of the magazine“China Copyright”,in conjunction with the Xinhua Academic China special program,conducted a written interview with Director Sun Baolin.The goal is to provide more insights and reflections for the industry,contributing wisdom and strength to building a copyright powerhouse and a culturally strong nation.
