摘　　要：2024年,北京知识产权法院受理版权纠纷案件共计2190件,其中,一审版权纠纷案件465件(含计算机软件版权纠纷案件462件),二审版权纠纷案件1725件(含计算机软件版权纠纷53件)。审结版权纠纷案件共计3007件,其中,一审版权纠纷案件925件(含计算机软件版权纠纷911件),二审版权纠纷案件2082件(含计算机软件版权纠纷42件)。北京知识产权法院秉持专业化审判理念,切实加强版权司法保护力度,通过专业、高效的审判实践为市场主体在版权及相关领域的活动提供明确的行为规范和法律指引。现选取一年来所审结案件中具有代表性的案例向读者介绍。In 2024,The Beijing Intellectual Property Court accepted a total of 2190 copyright dispute cases,of which 465 were first-instance copyright disputes(including 462 cases involving computer software copyright disputes),and 1725 were second-instance copyright disputes(including 53 cases involving computer software copyright disputes).A total of 3007 copyright dispute cases were concluded,of which 925 were first-instance copyright disputes(including 911 cases involving computer software copyright disputes),and 2082 were second-instance copyright disputes(including 42 cases involving computer software copyright disputes).The Beijing Intellectual Property Court adheres to the concept of specialized adjudication,effectively strengthens judicial protection of copyright,and provides clear behavioral norms and legal guidance for market entities in copyright and related fields through professional and efficient judicial practice.Selected representative cases concluded over the past year are introduced to readers.
