摘 要:研究热裂解炭黑(CBp)在轮胎胎体胶中的应用。结果表明:CBpNM360等量部分替代炭黑N660的混炼胶的门尼粘度最小和门尼焦烧时间t5最长,加工性能优越,炭黑在橡胶基体中分散性好,硫化胶在低温区域时的损耗因子(tanδ)最大和60℃时的tanδ最小,CBpNM360适用于冬季轮胎,其四季轮胎的滚动阻力较小;CBpEN660等量部分替代炭黑N660的硫化胶的H抽出力较大和屈挠龟裂次数较多,CBpJ440/炭黑N660用量比为12.5/37.5的硫化胶0℃时的tanδ最大,抗湿滑性能最好。The application of pyrolytic carbon black(CBp)in the carcass compound of the tire was studied.The results showed that,when CBpNM360 partially replaced carbon black N660 in equal amounts,the compound had the smallest Mooney viscosity,the longest Mooney scorch time t5,superior processing performance and good dispersion of carbon black in the rubber matrix,while the vulcanizate exhibited the largest loss factor(tanδ)in the low-temperature region and the smallest at 60℃,indicating that CBpNM360 was suitable for winter tires,and its all-season tires had lower rolling resistance.The vulcanizate with CBpEN660 partially replacing carbon black N660 in equal amounts had a larger H-pull-out force and a more number of flex-cracking,and the vulcanizate with a CBpJ440/carbon black N660 amount ratio of 12.5/37.5 had the largest tanδat 0℃and the best wet-skid resistance.
