摘　　要：将阻尼剂HRS100用于高阻尼隔震橡胶支座的全天然橡胶(NR)胶料中,研究阻尼剂HRS100用量对NR胶料性能的影响以及采用阻尼剂HRS100的高阻尼隔震橡胶支座的性能。结果表明:随着阻尼剂HRS100用量的增大,NR胶料的阻尼性能提高,物理性能降低;随着试验压力的增大,采用阻尼剂HRS100的高阻尼隔震橡胶支座的阻尼性能提高,屈服后刚度呈减小趋势,等效水平刚度基本保持不变。The damping agent HRS100 was used in the all-natural rubber(NR)compound for the high damping isolation rubber bearing,and the effect of the damping agent HRS100 dosage on the properties of NR compound and the properties of the high champing isolation rubber bearing with damping agent HRS100 were studied.The results showed that with the increase of the damping agent HRS100 dosage,the damping properties of the compound increased and the physical properties decreased.With the increase of test pressure,the damping properties of the high damping isolation rubber bearing with damping agent HRS100 gradually increased,the post-yield stiffness presented a decreasing trend,and the equivalent horizontal stiffness remained basically unchanged.
