摘 要:某刚架拱桥主要构件出现较多的受力裂缝、裂缝宽度超限、桥跨整体刚度不足等病害。通过对原桥进行验算分析,确定刚架拱产生病害的主要原因为横向联系及整体刚度不足,在尽量少增加结构自重情况下,采用UHPC薄层加固方案,较好地解决了刚架拱构件承载力不足、整体性差、刚度不足、后期维护困难等问题,相较于传统加固方案有显著优势,最后总结了UHPC薄层加固的主要技术要点,为类似工程提供参考。The main components of a rigid frame arch bridge have many stressed cracks,crack width exceeding limit,bridge stiffness insufficient,pier foundation erosion and other diseases.Through disease analysis and structural checking calculation of the original bridge,the main causes of the rigidly framed arch diseases is insufficient of horizontal connections and overall stiffness.Under the condition that the structural dead weight is increased as little as possible,the thin layer reinforcement scheme of UHPC is adopted.It solves the problems such as insufficient bearing capacity,poor integrity,insufficient stiffness and difficult maintenance of rigid frame arch members.Compared with traditional reinforcement schemes,it has significant advantages.Finally,this paper summarizes the main technical points of thin layer reinforcement of UHPC,which can provide reference for similar projects.
