摘 要:针对大型水利干渠桥梁工程钢管拱拼装施工结构复杂、技术难度大、安全风险高等问题,以郑万铁路河南段张良镇跨南水北调干渠特大桥为研究背景,分析钢管拱拼装施工技术。通过严控大型水利干渠桥梁工程钢管拱拼装施工吊机选择和吊机上下桥、支墩拼装、钢管拱安装等要点,顺利完成了钢管拱拼装施工任务。实例研究表明,钢管及型钢搭建临时支架,通过汽车吊将钢管拱拱肋逐段吊装到支架上并进行焊接拼装,可有效提升钢管拱拼装施工质量和安全性,施工成功的经验可为类似工程施工提供参考。In view of the complex structure,high technical difficulty,and significant safety risks associated with steel pipe arch assembly construction in large-scale irrigation canal bridge projects,this paper takes the Zhangliang Town Grand Bridge crossing the South-to-North Water Diversion Canal on the Zhengzhou-Wanzhou Railway Henan section as a research background to analyze the steel pipe arch assembly construction technology.By strictly controlling the selection of cranes for hoisting steel pipe arches across large irrigation canals,as well as key aspects such as crane movement on and off the bridge,buttress assembly,and installation of steel pipe arches,the steel pipe arch assembly construction task was successfully completed.Case studies have shown that using temporary supports made of steel pipes and section steel,and lifting the steel pipe arch ribs section by section onto the supports with a truck crane for welding and assembly can effectively improve the quality and safety of steel pipe arch assembly construction.The successful experience of the construction can provide references for similar projects.
