推动清远市新质生产力发展的财税金融政策研究

摘　　要：在全球化和信息化背景下,新质生产力逐渐成为推动地区经济增长的重要引擎。清远市作为广东省内兼具区位优势与发展空间的城市,研究其如何因地制宜加快新质生产力发展,对推动该市高质量发展有重大意义。本文在梳理新质生产力内涵特征的基础上,对清远市新质生产力发展现状进行深入调研,客观评估当地新质生产力发展存在的问题,运用政府干预理论与多元线性回归模型分析当地财税金融政策对新质生产力的激励作用。研究结果表明,合理的财税金融政策组合能有效促进新质生产力的发展,可以为清远市经济的可持续增长注入新的活力。在此基础上,紧密结合当地实际,提出针对性的财税金融政策优化建议,以期进一步推动清远市新质生产力的发展。Under the background of globalization and informatization,new quality productive forces is becoming an important engine to promote regional economic growth.Qingyuan is a city with both location advantages and development space in Guangdong Province,so it is of great significance to study how to speed up the development of new quality productive forces according to local conditions.On the basis of clarifying the connotation and characteristics of the new quality productive forces,this paper conducted an in-depth investigation on the development status of the new quality productive forces in Qingyuan City,objectively assessed the existing problems in the development of the local new quality productive forces,and analyzed the incentive effect of local fiscal,taxation and financial policies on the new quality productive forces by using the government intervention theory and multiple linear regression model.The results show that reasonable combination of fiscal,tax and financial policies can effectively promote the development of new quality productive forces and inject new vitality into the sustainable economic growth of Qingyuan.Therefore,this paper closely combined with the local reality,put forward targeted fiscal,tax and financial policy optimization suggestions,in order to further promote the development of Qingyuan new quality productive forces.
