摘  要:采用永钢陈化钢渣代替玄武岩集料制备钢渣沥青混合料。通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析了集料的成分,使用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观测了集料和集料-沥青界面的微观结构。测试了钢渣沥青混合料的体积稳定性、水稳定性、高温稳定性、低温稳定性以评价其路用性能。结果表明:钢渣相较于玄武岩集料具有更好的沥青黏附性能,能够裹附更厚的沥青膜;经陈化的钢渣具有良好的体积稳定性,钢渣沥青混合料各项性能指标均能满足路用技术要求,可以兼顾性能、环保、经济效益。The steel slag asphalt mixture was prepared using aged steel slag from Yonggang to replace the basalt aggregate.XRD diffractometer was used to analyze the aggregate composition,and SEM electron microscopy was used to observe the microstructure of the aggregate-asphalt interface.The steel slag asphalt mixture's volumetric,water,high-temperature,and low-temperature stabilities were tested to evaluate their road performance.The results showed that compared with the basalt aggregate,the steel slag had greater asphalt adhesion,which could coat thicker asphalt films.The aged steel slag had excellent volumetric stability,and each performance index of the steel slag asphalt mixture met the technical requirements of road performance,with the benefits of performance,environmental protection,and economy.
