摘 要:为了全面提升SMA沥青路面的性能,采用复掺抗车辙剂与木质素纤维对SMA-13沥青混合料进行改性,并通过室内试验对其路用性能进行分析,结合工程应用对复掺木质素纤维与抗车辙剂SMA沥青路面的实际使用性能进行了验证。研究结果表明:相比于单掺0.3%木质素纤维、单掺0.3%玄武岩纤维和单掺0.4%抗车辙剂的沥青混合料,复掺0.3%木质素纤维+0.4%抗车辙剂沥青混合料的动稳定度分别提升了约150%、100%、68%,高温稳定性显著提升,有效地将纤维与抗车辙剂对于高温稳定性的改善效果进行了叠加,但4种改性沥青混合料的低温抗裂性能、水稳定性能相差不大;复掺木质素纤维+抗车辙剂改性沥青混合料的抗疲劳性能明显优于单掺抗车辙的沥青混合料,但与单掺玄武岩纤维或木质素纤维的沥青混合料相比相差不大;复掺木质素纤维+抗车辙剂沥青混合料的实际应用效果良好,推荐木质素纤维、抗车辙剂的最佳掺入量分别为0.3%、0.4%。To comprehensively improve the road performance of SMA asphalt pavement,the SMA-13 asphalt was modified by compounding rutting inhibitor and lignin fibers.The road performance of the modified SMA-13 was analyzed by indoor experiments and the actual performance of the composite modified SMA asphalt pavement was verified according to engineering applications.The results showed that compared with the asphalt mixtures with 0.3%lignin fiber alone,0.3%basalt fiber alone,and 0.4%rutting inhibitor alone,the composite asphalt mixture with 0.3%lignin fiber+0.4%rutting inhibitor was improved in dynamic stability by 150%,100%,and 68%,respectively,and had optimal high-temperature stability,indicating that it effectively superimposed the improvement effect of fibers and rutting inhibitors on high-temperature stability.However,the low-temperature cracking resistance and water stability of these four modified asphalt were similar.The fatigue resistance of the lignin fiber+rutting inhibitor composite modified asphalt mixture was significantly better than that of the rutting inhibitor modified asphalt mixture,but there was not much difference compared with the asphalt mixtures modified by basalt fiber or lignin fiber.The actual application effect of the lignin fiber+rutting inhibitor composite modified asphalt mixture was great,and the recommended contents of lignin fiber and rutting inhibitor were 0.3%and 0.4%.
