摘  要:为推动废旧轮胎在公路工程的消纳及应用,采用废胶粉与SBS改性剂制备复合改性沥青,首先通过红外光谱试验揭示了废胶粉/SBS复合改性沥青作用机理,然后通过试验分析了废胶粉/SBS复合改性混合料的综合路用性能,并依托实体工程验证了废胶粉/SBS复合改性沥青推广应用的可行性。结果表明:基质沥青、SBS改性沥青及废胶粉/SBS复合改性沥青的主要特征峰基本一致,而部分特征峰面积有所不同;废胶粉/SBS复合改性以物理作用为主、化学改性为辅;与传统单一胶粉或SBS改性沥青混合料相比,复合改性沥青混合料具备更优秀的低温抗裂性能,而其高温抗车辙性能、抗水损坏性能与胶粉改性沥青混合料基本相同。提出了废胶粉/SBS复合改性沥青混合料施工工艺参数,经质量检测路面各性能指标满足规范标准,可为同类工程提供参考借鉴。To promote the consumption and application of waste tires in highway engineering,the composite modified asphalt was prepared using waste rubber powder and SBS modifiers.The mechanism of the waste rubber powder/SBS composite modified asphalt was revealed through infrared spectroscopy,and the comprehensive road performance of the composite modified mixture was tested,finally,the feasibility of the promotion and application of the composite modified asphalt was verified through entity engineering.The results showed that the main characteristic peaks of the matrix asphalt,SBS modified asphalt,and waste rubber powder/SBS composite modified asphalt were basically the same,while areas of parts of characteristic peaks were different;the composite modification of waste rubber powder/SBS was mainly by physical action and supplemented by chemical modification;compared with the traditional single rubber powder or SBS modified asphalt mixture,composite modified asphalt mixture had optimal low-temperature cracking resistance and similar high-temperature rutting resistance,water damage resistance to the rubber powder modified asphalt mixture.The construction process parameters for waste rubber powder/SBS composite modified asphalt mixture were proposed,and each pavement index has met the specification standard through quality detection,providing a reference for similar engineering.
