摘 要:针对目前公路建设项目工程可行性研究阶段技术标准论证存在的问题,结合《公路工程技术标准》《公路路线设计规范》等标准规范,系统地论述了公路技术标准确定的方法与研究思路,讨论了如何确定适宜的公路技术标准,提出了基于路网服务指数的公路功能定量化确定指标及基于公路实际服务交通量的车道数计算方法。以G522线芮城至风陵渡段改扩建工程可行性研究为例,研究公路技术标准论证的可行性,为工可阶段公路工程技术标准的确定提供参考。Focusing on the existing problems in the demonstration of technical standards in the stage of engineering feasibility studies for highway construction projects,this paper systematically introduced the determination method and the methodology of the highway technical standards combined with specifications of Technical Standard of Highway Engineering and Design Specification for Highway Alignment,discussed how to determine a suitable highway technical standard,and proposed the quantitative determination indicators of highway functions based on the road network service index and the calculation method for the lane number based on the actual highway service traffic volume.Taking the feasibility study of the G522Ruicheng-Fenglingdu reconstruction and expansion project as an example,this paper studied the feasibility of the highway technical standard demonstration,which provided a reference for the determination of highway engineering technical standards at the stage of engineering feasibility.
