公路隧道施工通风污染物运移数值模拟研究

摘  要:为解决隧道施工通风中工区污染物运移,致使通风效率不佳的问题,依托金阳至宁南段高速公路贾沙田隧道,采用数值模拟方法,探究了正洞300 m范围内风流场结构稳定性,公路隧道爆破下的污染物时空分布特征,揭示了风流场耦合效应及其压差作用机理,施工期污染物动态运移规律。结果表明:掌子面范围内,CO能够在900 s内快速有效排出,各施工段断面CO浓度均随着时间的增加呈下降趋势,随着断面距离的增大,各施工段通风设备配置不同,可能造成局部污染物聚集,同时随着风速的增加,排污时间及效率明显缩短。To solve the problem of the low ventilation efficiency caused by the construction pollutant transport during tunnel ventilation,based on the Jiashatian Tunnel in Jinyang-Ningnan Expressway,this paper used the numerical simulation to explore the structural stability of the wind-flow field within 300 m of the main cave and the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of the pollutant under blasting of highway tunnels,and reveal the wind-flow field coupling effect and its differential pressure mechanism,and the dynamic transporting law of pollutant in the construction period.The results showed that in the range of the tunnel face,CO could discharge rapidly and effectively within 900 seconds and the CO concentration of each construction section decreased with increasing time.As the distance of sections increased,the different configurations of ventilation equipment in each construction section might result in localized pollutant aggregation,while the time and efficiency of the discharge were significantly shortened as the wind speed increased.
