江苏省某三级综合医院医务人员对公共卫生工作认知状况的调查分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨江苏省某三级综合医院医务人员对公共卫生科设置及工作职能的认知现状,为进一步推进医防融合提供建议。方法 2023年8月,采取在线问卷调查表的方式,对该医院在职的1 352名医技护人员进行调查,分析医务人员对本院公共卫生组织构架设置、公共卫生工作内容、公共卫生培训与考核、基本公共卫生知识4个维度共计20个指标的知晓率。结果 该医院共有1 352名医务人员参与调查,回收有效问卷1 063份。该医院医务人员对公共卫生工作情况的总体知晓率为68.02%(14 460/21 260),四个维度的知晓率分别为59.93%(3 185/5 315)、68.17%(3 623/5 315)、62.06%(3 298/5 315)、81.91%(4 354/5 315),确定重点关注改进项7项。结论 医务人员对公共卫生工作的总体认知处于初级阶段;通过设置公共卫生科有效整合医疗机构公共卫生工作,医务人员能有效掌握公共卫生基本知识,但公共卫生科设置及工作职能方面仍存在工作职责不清、与疾控部门沟通不畅、科室培训考核不到位等情况。Objective To explore the medical staff's current awareness of the establishment and functions of public health departments in a tertiary general in Jiangsu province,so as to provide suggestions for further promoting the integration of medical and preventive care.Methods In August 2023,an online questionnaire was used to survey 1352 medical and technical staff in service at the hospital to analyze the medical staffs knowledge of a total of 20 indicators in 4 dimensions:the setting of the hospitals public health organizational structure,the content of public health work,public health training and assessment,and basic public health knowledge.Results A total of 1352 medical staff participated in this survey,and 1063 valid questionnaires were collected,which showed that the overall awareness rate of public health work among medical staff in this tertiary hospital was 68.02%(14460/21260).The awareness rates for the 4 dimensions were re-spectively 59.93%(3185/5315),68.17%(3623/5315),62.06%(3298/5315)and 81.91%(4354/5315),7items were identified as priorities for improvement.Conclusion Medical staff's overall knowledge of public health work is in the primary stage;through the establishment of public health sections to effectively integrate the public health work of medical institutions,medical staff can effectively master the basic knowledge of public health,but there are still cases of unclear work responsibilities,poor communication with the CDC department,and lack of in-place training and assessment of the sections in terms of the setup of the public health sections and their work functions.
