摘　　要：目的 分析2008-2023年济南市济阳区艾滋病感染情况和流行特征,为制定有效的艾滋病防控对策提供参考。方法 通过中国疾病预防控制信息系统收集2008-2023年现住址为济南市济阳区的艾滋病病毒感染者及艾滋病患者(HIV/AIDS)信息,采用描述性流行病学方法对相关数据进行统计分析。结果 济南市济阳区自2008年发现首例艾滋病患者以来,2008-2023年济阳区新报告现住址患者88例,艾滋病病毒感染者59例,艾滋病病人29例。男女比例5.77∶1(75/13);性传播83例占94.32%(83/88),男男同性感染者占62.50%(55/88);患者职业以农民工为主占48.86%(43/88);初中及以下文化程度占57.95%(51/88);最大年龄80岁,最小年龄16岁,31~49岁占56.82%(50/8 8);学生占3.41%(3/88);样本主要来源于自愿咨询29.55%(26/88)和其他就诊者检测27.27%(24/88)。结论 2008-2023年济南市济阳区艾滋病疫情处于低流行水平,艾滋病患者文化水平较低,以性感染途径传播为主,青壮年男性为主要感染人群。Objective To analyze the AIDS infection situation and epidemiological characteristics in Jiyang district,Jinan city from 2008 to 2023,so as to provide references for formulating effective AIDS prevention and control strategies.Methods The information of newly reported HIV-infected people and AIDS patients(HIV/AIDS)with the current resi-dence address in Jiyang district,Jinan city from 2008 to 2023 was collected through the Chinese Disease Prevention and Control Information System.Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to conduct statistical analysis.Results Since the first AIDS patient was found in Jiyang district,Jinan city in 2008,88 patients with the current residence address in Jiyang district were newly reported from 2008 to 2023,including 59 HIV-infected people and 29 AIDS patients.The male-female ratio was 5.77:1(75/13).There were 83 cases of sexual transmission,accounting for 94.32%(83/88),and the proportion of men who have sex with men(MSM)among the infected was 62.50%(55/88).The occupations of the patients were mainly migrant workers,accounting for 48.86%(43/88).Those with junior high school education or below accounted for 57.95%(51/88).The oldest patient was 80 years old and the youngest was 16 years old,and those aged 31-49 accounted for 56.82%(50/88).Students accounted for 3.41%(3/88).The samples were mainly derived from volunta-ry counseling,accounting for 29.55%(26/88),and testing of other patients,accounting for 27.27%(24/88).Conclu-sion From 2008 to 2023,the AIDS epidemic in Jiyang district is at a low prevalence level.The educational level of AIDS patients is relatively low.Sexual transmission is the main route of infection.Young and middle-aged men are the main in-fected population.
