摘 要:焦作段2023年度实施的张菜园闸改建工程临时供水施工,针对超大管径虹吸供水系统在实际应用中面临的压力波动、空气积聚及水锤效应等问题,提出了一种创新性的系统优化方案,即在支管处设置稳压罐,并于系统最高点配置联通排气孔。通过对稳压罐工作原理及其对系统压力调节能力的分析,结合连通排气管在消除管道内多余气体、预防真空形成方面的效能评估,文章研究展示了该方案在确保供水连续性、提升系统稳定性和运行效率方面的显著优势。In the temporary water supply system of the Zhangcaiyuan Sluice reconstruction project in Jiaozuo in 2023,the construction of large diameter siphon water supply system faces the challenges of pressure fluctuation,air accumulation,and water hammer effects.In view of the above mentioned problems,an innovative optimization plan is proposed,which involves installation of surge tanks on branch pipes and exhaust pipes at the highest position of the system.Based on the analysis of the working principle of the surge tank and its capability for regulating the pressure of the system,and evaluation of the effectiveness of the exhaust pipes in eliminating excess air and preventing vacuum formation within the pipeline,the research results present the significant advantages of the proposed plan in ensuring the continuity of water supply,enhancing the system stability and improving operational efficiency.
