河南城中村饮水现状分析及对策

摘　　要：城中村饮水安全事关广大居民的生产生活和身体健康,“拧开水龙头,喝上放心水”是广大人民群众的热切期盼。城中村因其区位特殊、外来人口较多及历史遗留问题等因素,安全饮水存在众多问题,严重影响居民幸福生活的获得感、幸福感、安全感。文章通过对河南某区域城中村饮水安全状况进行调查,采集相关数据,针对水量、水费征缴、供水工程管理保护等问题,提出建设供水一体化、发展水利新质生产力、保障水源水质、完善水价和水费收缴机制、拓宽供水工程融资渠道、提升供水应急水平等对策,保障城中村安全饮水,形成供水设施良好、管护科学规范、水质健康、水价合理、运行可靠、保障资金充足的良好机制,让广大人民群众用水更加安全放心、方便快捷。Drinking water safety in urban villages is related to the production,life and health of the residents."Turning on the tap and drinking the safe water"is the eager expectation of people.Due to the special geographical location,large immigrant population,and problems left over from past the problems of drinking water safety seriously affect the resiodents'sense of gain,happiness and security for a happy life.In the paper the drinking water safety of urban villages in the aspect of the water quantity,collection of water charges,and management and maintenance of water supply projects are analyzed based on the,collected data.The measures are proposed for construction of integrated water supply system,development of new quality productivity of water conservancy,ensuring water quality,improving water price and water charge collection mechanism,broadening financing channels for water supply projects,and improving the emergency water supply capacity.By implementation of such measures,it is aimed to ensure drinking water safety in urban villages based on the standardized operation and maintenance of water supply facilities,safe water quality,reasonable water price,and adequate financial security,so that the residents could get safe water in a convenient way.
