摘　　要：高耗水用水调查与节水评价是推动工业行业水资源与节水管理的重要技术支撑。当前该领域研究中缺少现状调查与节水效率指标评价内容,用水定额的评价主要集中在火电行业,其他高耗水行业缺乏。采用河南省地方标准《用水单位节水评价规范工业企业》(DB41/T 2677-2024)编制工作中搜集的调查资料与实地调研成果,根据相关国家节水评价规范与节水指导文件,系统分析了河南省11个主要高耗水行业主要产品用水定额与重要节水效率指标,摸清了现状行业用水定额与节水效率的水平和存在的主要问题。该成果的提出为河南省工业企业水资源论证、水效达标与领跑行动等提供技术参考。The investigation and evaluation of high water consumption are important technical support to promoting the management of water resources and water saving in industrial sector.At present,there is no status quo investigation and the index evaluation of water-saving efficiency in this field.The evaluation of water quota is mainly concentrated in the thermal power industry,while there is no such evaluation of other high-water consumption industries.In the study,based on the investigation data and field research results collected during the preparation of the local standard"Water Conservation Evaluation Standards for Water-Using Units-lndustrial Enterprises"(DB41/T 2677-2024),according to the relevant national specifications for water saving evaluation and the documents for guiding water saving work,the water quota of major products and key water-saving efficiency index of 1l major high water-consuming industries in Henan province are systematically analyzed,finding out current water quota and water-saving efficiency level,as well as the major problems.The study results could provide technical reference for the demonstration of water resources,water efficiency compliance,and taking lead in water saving of the industrial enterprises in Henan Province.
